چکیده
Objectives: Bone immune disorders are major contributors to osteoporosis development. This study aims identify potential diagnostic markers and molecular targets for treatment from an immunological perspective. Method: We downloaded dataset GSE56116 the Gene Expression Omnibus database, identified differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between normal groups. Subsequently, immune-related (DEIRGs) were identified, a functional enrichment analysis was performed. A protein-protein interaction network also constructed based on data STRING database hub genes. Following external validation using additional (GSE35959), effective biomarkers confirmed RT-qPCR immunohistochemical (IHC) staining. ROC curves validate values of biomarkers. Finally, ceRNA transcription factor constructed, Ontology Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes performed explore biological functions these markers. Results: In total, 307 31 DEGs DEIRGs respectively. The revealed that mainly associated with terms positive regulation MAPK cascade, granulocyte chemotaxis, cytokine receptor. protein–protein 10 genes: FGF8 , KL CCL3 FGF4 IL9 FGF9 BMP7 IL17RA IL12RB2 CD40LG . expression level found be significantly high. results showed higher in patients compared group, as evidenced by area under curve Area Under Curve 0.802. Conclusion: identifies gene marker perspective, provides insight into its function.

Smell as a diagnostic marker.
The odour emitted by the patient may be one of the first major clues leading to an early diagnosis. Certain dermatological conditions produce an obnoxious smell and several metabolic diseases are associated with a characteristic odour. Schizophrenia and several rare inborn errors of metabolism associated with enzyme deficiencies are linked with distinctive body odour. THE status of body odour h...
متن کاملEvaluation of Nucleostemin Gene Expression as a New Molecular Marker in Breast Tumors
Background & Aims: Nucleostemin is one of the stem cell enriched proteins which encodes a novel nucleolar GTP-binding protein found at high levels in the adult and embryonic stem (ES) cells but not in terminally differentiated cells. It is also expressed in tumor cell lines as well as in the several types of human cancers. Due to the increasing rate of breast cancer in recent years, in the pres...

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is the most common cause of neurologic disability among young people. The etiology of MS is controversial, but immune responses are considered to somehow be involved. The diagnosis of MS depends on a combination of various clinical and laboratory features, but apart from some myelin-neuronal autoantibody profiles or oligoclonal bands in the cerebrospinal fluid no other s...
متن کاملMagnesium as a diagnostic marker of cancer
Magnesium plays a key role in many essential cellular processes. It is recognized that magnesium deficiency may lead to many disorders like cardiovascular disease, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, myocardial infarction or even cancer. Connection between magnesium concentration in body fluids and cancer occurrence still becomes unclear. Magnesium ions are crucial cofactors for enzymes involved D...
متن کاملCD44 as a potential diagnostic tumor marker
CD44 is a cellular protein that has been intensively studied in relation to carcinogenesis over the last decade. It is altered during inflammatory responses and cellular malfunctioning during tumor progression. Tumors of epithelial origin express CD44 in multiple isoforms called variants; some isoforms are related to specific cancer cells. An increase of CD44 specific isoforms is detected in ce...
